The location was perfect!!! The venue for the concert was just steps away. Our room was beautiful and modern. Check-out was at midday, so I did not feel rushed in the morning.
The bar had limited cocktails. I wanted a coffee, but it was unavailable at the time.

the room was clean. it was also spacious and nicely appointed. the staff were very helpful and eager to accommodate. it was perfect for attending a concert nearby. the hydro was just steps away!
the shower was not very powerful. the beautiful room did not seem any better than i would expect from a standard room. the room had no air conditioning. i hated the glass door and panel to the bathroom since privacy was definitely diminished.

the room was spacious and had everything i needed for my stay.
The breakfast experience was disappointing. the staff seemed poorly trained and avoided eye contact. the food quality was not great. The scrambled eggs and mushrooms were stone cold, and the toast-maker was a source of frustration.
